We are currently offering FREE Shipping for orders over a net amount of HK$500. Orders under a net amount of HK$500 will incur HK$40 shipping cost for each delivery.
We ship to Hong Kong and Macau only.
We accept physical address only. Not available for PO Box.
You can select a desirable Patagonia Store in Hong Kong to self-collect your order.
You can select a desirable S.F. Store to self-collect your order, and S.F. Express will deliver your order to the location you selected.
We send a confirmation email when the order is placed.
For delivery to a valid physical address or S.F. store
After the order ships, you will receive a shipping email that includes tracking information.
For pick-up from a Patagonia Store
When the order arrives the chosen store, you will receive a notification email that alerts you to pick up.
If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam/junk folder. Or contact our Customer Care Team to have the emails re-sent.
Orders are packed and shipped within 5 business days. It takes 3 – 5 business days longer if you selected a pick-up from Patagonia Store. Note: We get backlogged during sale events and the holiday season, which could delay your shipment. Business days are Monday to Friday (exclude public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will process on the next business day.
